"If you think adventure is dangerous try routine it's lethal" - Lel Burnett
Lel Burnett is a fashion portrait, and multi award winning hair photographer from Bristol, England. Inspired by sombre tonality and visceral narratives, Lel creates images with an ardent pull.
To date, Lel has been a photographer / content creator for a plethora of brands including Diesel, Lee Jeans, Wrangler, Belstaff, KTZ, New Look, Chevrolet, Mercedes -Benz, The Idle Man, Starbucks, Kahlua, Antony Morato, John Frieda Man, Affinage, Toni&Guy, Hobbs, Rush, Regis, Andis Clippers, and more. Among other accomplishments, Lel has earned the title of EU Creative Pro with Interfit Photographic and will be at this year's Photography Show demonstrating some of his favourite techniques.
The reason I use the S1 in my kit is they allow me to create versatile looks, The S1 is really compact which makes it great for on location shoots. In the type of work that I produce i'm quite often in situations where i'm working with less then ideal ambient light whether its artificial or natural, by introducing the S1 into those situations I am then taking charge of those scenarios and I am able to create a directional light that lets achieve the looks that I am aiming for.
